Well, how wide a waistband are you thinking? Generally, they seem to be about 4" for stock styles, though if you have a custom pair made, they could probably go wider.

As far as the length, they tend to be at the knee or slightly below, and that's usually based you your weight, although again, if you did a custom pair, they can go longer.

My advice is to check out Title Boxing's website. Many stock styles, and lots of options for custom also. You can even get something basic, like white w/black trim or all black, for example, as a custom make to be what you're looking for. Their stock designs run $20-30, and custom starts around $50, and if you sign up for their email alerts, they have sales pretty often.
