Arrrggh. And it’s my fault.

So, I teach high school. So I enjoy the crap out of my spring break. What I’ve learned is that I want to spend more than a couple of days in New York.

And, between a truly rough work week and my flight getting delayed 2 hours, I overslept and did not make it to a match I really wanted. The sad thing is this is the second time I didn’t meet this man. The first time I was unable to make it because I couldn’t rent a car because I let my drivers license expire.

And he’s a fine wrestler. He likes bigger guys, which I am, and I can learn a lot from him. So, to this person, I’m extremely sorry.

I also have to remember I’m not 25 anymore and able to wake up at any time.

This is why I will always have a mask with me when I wrestle.

I'm sure this blog post was meant more as a "mea culpa" to the guy you stood up than it was a vehicle to solicit advice.....

Do you feel that you are just a little absent minded or do you think that time management/focus might be the challenge?

Not being able to meet due to circumstances beyond oneself is a bitter taste, but it is good that you can apologize to the person whom you could not see.
I'm a teacher too...
