I wanted to share a clip from the competitive submission match I put out with Rocky Sparks last week. Rocky and I really brought out some good stuff in each other, and in this video of our first fall, you can see how we immediately start setting each other off and laying the foundational for a much nastier match with lots of ball grabbing.
