Leverage and balance. Its a lot easier to lift and control the weight of someone shorter and compact. Lifting someone the same height or taller makes its far more difficulty to balance and keep stable. That means it take more energy and far less variety of lifts.

You're the perfect liftee weight, so the sky is the limit. Just include your height next time. That matters too.
