Our 11th Yorkshire Dales Wrestling Group Day.
£10 per person plus insurance.

ON THE DAY
Just pay the £10 group fee and show your certificate.
Group members that paid the yearly insurance, do not need to show their certificates.

FOOD
Snacks and drinks are available for a nominal fee of only £1 each.

This entire venue is booked exclusively for the Yorkshire Dales Wrestling Group.

OUR GROUP DRESS CODE
We want you to feel comfortable so you may wear trackies, shorts or a singlet.
You may wear a vest, or T-shirt or go topless.
All participants are required to wear white socks while on the mat.
No trainers are allowed on the mats, and no jewellery or clothing with zips or buttons. Wrestling boots and other wrestling footwear are not permitted on the mats.

We have 2 large mats

FREE shower use, 16 showers, 5 large changing rooms
Refreshments (for £1 per item, buy and support us)
Unlimited matches between 11:30 am and 3 pm
Disabled access and facilities such as showers and toilets

HOW IT WORKS
We are a really friendly bunch, ideal for anyone's first group meeting. Beginners to experienced alike, we wrestle together at your pace. Everyone is super friendly.
Group members can wrestle with each other as much as they like all day from 11:30 am until 3 pm.
At 3 pm there will be our traditional red zone group match, the last man standing.
At 3:30 pm anyone wanting a final re-match may until 4 pm when we finish.
Showers are available if needed, all we ask is if members can be ready to leave by 4:30 pm.

This is an ideal fun day and a chance to catch up or meet new people. The Yorkshire Dales Wrestle Group meets on the last Saturday of every month and is open to everyone of any age or ability. If it's your first time, pop along to our safe and friendly environment, as beginners are welcome.
