Well, this is my first time writing here in this blog. Not expecting many to read this, but felt I need to jot something down since I am rather pissed at the moment.

OK, so, here in Indonesia, you don't get to meet many friends who are into wrestling. It's even rarer for guys who are overweight borderline obese, like myself. Add the extra hassle of irregular schedule, whereas people can often meet up after office hours, I can only meet during office hours thanks to having a family and freelancing job. A perfect formula for not getting many wrestling opportunities.
I have contacted a few guys and have wrestled most that I have come into contact with. Some I meet again in another session, others never. Some I enjoy meeting with, others not so much. Yet, they all share the same characteristics, they actually show up when they say they will. Even some that don't actually informed me whether they will likely show up or not. While not ideal, I appreciate this gesture since it saves me the annoyance of having them not showing up.
This might have been the first time that I am genuinely pissed off by someone who said they will show up, then informs me at the last the second that they will not. I might not be this angry if it weren't for the fact that I have arranged the schedule of my whole day today to accommodate our meeting. I've picked the place, which is relatively halfway from where we both live and is a pretty cheap but still comfortable for a wrestle. I have been sitting for hours in a cafe close to where we were supposed to meet, so that I won't be late. Then he just texted me saying that he had something to do which lasts well into the day, something which he was aware of last night as we were chatting about how our match is gonna go but fail to inform me, leaving me highly expectant of our meeting. Then he no showed. Even after saying that he might be done in an hour or so two hours ago. I've tried to reach him through text and still no reply an hour after that last text.

Well, I guess I have now known how it feels to get no showed by someone. :)

PS: He's not in Meetfighters, thankfully for him, otherwise I might add to his negative recommendation.
