The last day of August
I've had good and bad days since trying to get down to a stone. The weather has been damp and depressing, and some days, I've had such a headache that I could hardly move, let alone deal with riding an exercise bike. However, I did something better today: I burnt 900 calories. I couldn't believe it, but I have the photo. I feel hopeful that despite being 16 Stone still, I can happily reach my goal of getting thinner and fitter. My shirts are hanging off me now, so I might have to look for new clothes. I hope those who read these posts enjoy this news, but I know I don't post a lot. Sometimes, life gets in the way, and with this breakthrough in my fitness, I can look at getting to a healthier weight and hopefully stay at this thinner more for years to come.

Well what about this for the books, I 870.5 Calories in a hour, I’m so lost for words, all I do is spend a hour on a exercise bike with a 80s/90s playlist in my ears and I make it close to 900 Calories, so emotional in glee I will upload a pic of the proof once I shower. Can’t wait for tomorrow’s round for the possible new improvements.

So the progress is that I have gotten down to nearly about 16 1/2 stone which is a great reduce, i have made it to over 700 calories burn each hour, if my energy is enough I can get to over 800 which I did four times.
Also like others have shown worry in my last post that I was burning more calories than I had, don’t worry, I’m probably eating more than 1200 calories a day, you can’t stop me eating and I’m mostly eating clean, so this is just a positive update and we shall see if I can get down to 15 stone by the end of the month.
I’m sorry for the poor grammar I not the best at this.

Twice, now I have made it to over 700 calories, this is a breakthrough for me, I did have a break this Friday to Sunday, the Friday due to sickness spoiling it I made it to 300 calories beforehand, Saturday is a day off for me and well on Sunday we had two Thunderstorms so I couldn’t bring myself to do it my head was pounding. So I now can bring myself to do 700 near enough so I shall be having a great excuse to keep going.

Update on my weight loss journey, I have kept myself to the bike every evening I manage to do 600 calories in a hour, once again I have no idea if that is good enough, but my frame looks slender in the shirt I’m wearing. I used a digital scales and I managed to see that I’m still 17 stone on average, but sometimes it’s higher and lower so I don’t know if it’s on the blink or the way I’m standing on it affects the result.
Let’s see how this journey goes.
